- Page 4 Insert the levelers (#D) into the holes along the bottom of the legs (#4). Turn right to tighten. Align the legs (#4) to the holes along the bottom of the bottom frame (#2), then insert 3 bolts (#A) into each leg and secure using the Allen wrench.
- Page 5 Align the support panels (#3) to the holes along the corners of the bottom frame (#2), then insert 2 bolts (#A) into each corner. Secure using the Allen wrench. Slide the bottom glass (#6) down onto the bottom frame (#2).
- Page 6 Place the top frame (#1) onto the top of the support panels (#3), then insert 2 bolts (#A) into each corner. Secure. Place the top glass (#5) onto the top frame (#1).
- Page 7 1. Align the back glass (#7) to the holes along the back, then insert the bolts (#B) with flat washers (#E) into each hole and secure. 2. Lift the glass to apply a nut (#C) into the other ends of each bolt. ASSEMBLY IS COMPLETED...
