Code Error Contents and Cause
(SD0)
• In the operating mode of a multiple
CPU system, a CPU error occurred at
the CPU where "All station stop by
stop error of CPU " was selected.
• In a multiple CPU system, a CPU
module incompatible with the multiple
7000
CPU system was mounted.
In a multiple CPU system, CPU other
than CPU No.1 cannot be started up
due to stop error of the CPU No.1 at
power-on, which occurs to CPU No.2 to
No.4.
• There is no response from the target
CPU module in a multiple CPU
system during initial communication.
• In a multiple CPU system, a CPU
module incompatible with the multiple
CPU system was mounted.
7002
• There is no response from the target
CPU module in a multiple CPU
system during initial communication.
There is no response from the target
7003 CPU module in a multiple CPU system
at initial communication stage.

Corrective Action
• Read the individual information of the
error using the GX Developer, check
the error of the PLC resulting in CPU
module fault, and remove the error.
• Remove the CPU module
incompatible with the multiple CPU
system from the main base unit.

again. If the same error is displayed
again, this suggests the hardware
fault of any of the CPU modules.
