    FM5000C - FM5000PLUS User Manual Maternal/Fetal Monitor Chapter 2 Overview The monitor is mainly used to monitor the fetus, the maternal uterine activity and vital signs. It can give alarms for fetus parameters and mother parameters and display, save and record the relevant data and waveform.

(1) Physiological alarm Physiological alarm is usually caused by a certain physiological parameter of the patient which exceeds the set upper/lower limit scope or by the physiological abnormality of the patient.
