3. Instructions for use

- The controls for lifting and lowering are situated on the control box which is located on the
right hand side of the vertical support.
At low speed the lift is moving at 0.06 m/s for fine positioning, at full speed the lift is moving
at 0.1 m/s. When reaching the top or the low end-stop the lift is switched off.
- At the end of the working day, place the Systems-lift in its fixed parking position, connect
the changing cable to the mains to ensure full capacity fort he next working day. The
charging cable can remain connected without limitations; the battery cannot be
overloaded.
- Switching from green-LED to the red one while the lift is going up denotes the battery
needs charging. If the red-LED is lighted continuously while the lift does not work, stop
working with the Systems-lift and connect the charging cable to the mains. In case the
Systems-lift remains in operation and despite the red-LED signal, the operation will be
interrupted without further warning (deep unloading protection).
- For charging the cable shall be plugged to a 100-240 V a. c. 50-60Hz mains outlet. While
charging the green-LED will blink. When the battery is charged to 100% the green-LED
will light continuously.
- Used batteries are to be presented to either a recycling company or to the supplier and
shall not be otherwise disposed of. Batteries contain lead and sulphuric acid.
