  • Page 4 If the thickness of floor screed is less than 30 mm, iron gratings, heating pipes and other metal can cause an incorrect measuring value. Therefore please look for a measuring position without any metal in the measuring field. The device displays an average value of a layer of 30 mm. The moisture of deeper layers may be considerably higher than that value.
