Step 3:
Tighten the Screws, flushing with the countersink washers and secure the threads in
the top plate, as shown in the above drawing.
Ensure Orientation and tighten it to torque, as per specifications in the BOM table.
The Top Rack, in final mounted condition, is as shown in the above drawing.
