The table must be operated within the safety parameters and instructions
defined in the Optos Table User Guide .
If you have any questions regarding the correct use of the table, please contact
your Optos representative before attempting to operate the table.
Please keep this document in a safe place for future reference.
Operational safety
Ensure the patient or operator's arm is
NOT
impacted when the table height is adjusted.
Do
NOT
tilt the table. Ensure the table is used on a flat and even
surface.
You
MUST
ensure that there are no obstructions when
adjusting the height of the table.
If the table continues to move without a button being pressed,
WARNING
move the patient away from the table.
If the table continues to move after you have pressed a button,
stop the table by pressing the button that moves the table in the
opposite direction. Try either button. If this does
remove the plug from the mains socket.
If you suspect the table is faulty, contact your Optos
representative.
In a medical environment, the Optos Table should be installed
CAUTION
by Optos trained personnel or by your site biomedical team.

1. Fit wheels to base

1. Insert the wheel posts to the base.

2. Tighten the wheel posts using the spanner or wrench.
3. Fully click the wheels to the wheel posts.
4. Turn over the base assembly and lock all wheels.
5. Ensure the base is level and all the wheels are in contact with the floor.

1. Position the column on the base.
2. Insert all screws with washers and hand-tighten.
3. Tighten screws to 12Nm.
3. Fit column shroud

1. Carefully slide the shroud down over the column.
2. Ensure the shroud clicks into the base.

1. The table mount plate is supplied, fitted to the table top for packing
purposes only.
2. Remove and retain all screws and washers.
3. Remove and retain the table mount plate.
