Rest the assembly from Step 2 on top of the 1/4" ID x 3/4" OD Radial Bearings installed
in Step 3. This step is assembled upside down, meaning that the Turret Ring plate will be
the plate that rests on the 1/4" ID x 3/4" OD Radial Bearings.
