- Page 4 Prepare 2 bolts assembly by inserting lock washer (#C), then flat washer (#E) onto bolts (#A). Align front rail (#7) to the holes of the left and right side metal frames (#5,6). Secure by using bolts (#A). DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS UNTIL ASSEMBLY COMPLETED.
- Page 5 Prepare 8 bolts assembly by inserting lock washer (#C), then flat washer (#E) onto bolts (#A). Align left and right wood arms (#3,4) to the holes of the metal side frames (#5,6). Secure by using bolts (#A). Prepare 4 bolts assembly by inserting lock washer (#C), then flat washer (#E) onto bolts (#A).
- Page 6 Attach plugs (#G) to the holes of the back rest (#2). Strap arm velcro onto the metal frames.
