SA-6C General Description The SA-6C unit is an under-tailgate-type spreader designed for spreading abrasives and/or chemicals, primarily for ice and snow control� The SA-6C is a single spinner, single auger spreader� The entire unit mounts to the sides of a dump body level with the floor of the box.

SA-6C Lubrication and Maintenance Continued Lubrication of Bearings Grease in a bearing acts to prevent excessive wear of parts, protects ball races, and balls from corrosion and aids in preventing excessive heat within the bearing� It is very important the grease maintain its proper consistency during operation.
