Omega VRT330 Juicer Manual

For better use and maintenance of the product please follow the instructions carefully.

IMPORTANT SAFEGAURDS

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following. Read all instructions.
To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not put the main body (motor) in water or any other liquid.
Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
Unplug from outlet when not in use, before assembling or taking of parts and before cleaning.
Avoid contact moving parts.
Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug of after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
Always make sure juicer locking clip is locked while juicer is in operation.
Be sure to turn switch to off position after each use of your juicer. Make sure the motor stops completely before disassembling.
Do not put your fingers or other objects into the juicer while it is in operation. If food becomes lodged in opening, use food plunger or another piece of fruit or vegetable to push it down. When this method is not possible, turn the motor off and disassemble juicer to remove the remaining food.
Do not use outdoors.
Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated oven.
Do not use appliance for other than intended use.

Notice: Do not pre-operate before inputting materials or do not operate with an empty bowl.

Assembly instruction

Place the strainer into the auto cleaning brush
Place the strainer + auto cleaning brush into the bowl
make sure the red dot on the strainer and the red dot on the bowl is aligned
Push in the Auger into the strainer
Assemble the hopper onto the bowl.
1. Make sure the arrow on the hopper and the red dot on the bowl is aligned.
2. Make sure the arrow on the hopper is pointing to close sign on the base.
Assemble the entire top set onto the base.
As shown below, assemble the bowl onto the base and twist the bowl so that the hopper edge is pointing to "close" sign
Must connect the power cord.
Place containers under both ejections. (Juice & pulp ejection)

Underneath the bowl, there is a yellow rubber gasket which allows all the juice to only discharge from the fresh juice spout.
The rubber gasket is removable, simply grab onto one side of the rubber pad and pull out.

How to use Omega vert juicer

The machine has three(3) settings.

"On" starts motor, Start making juice.
"Rev" is reverse. Only use when something is stuck and you need to unclog.
"Off" is at center position. This allow the machine to turn off.

Please rinse everything thoroughly before putting into the machine.
After rinsing, put material into the machine using the pusher.
Please remove any hard seeds before using.
Any unused juice should be refrigerated.
Do not operate with wet hands.
Do not pre-operate before inputting materials or do not operate with an empty bowl.

Warning while operating

Do not use longer than 30minutes at a time.	Violating the warning may cause serious damage to the product.
Do not use anything as a pusher (fork, chopsticks, spoons, etc) other than the pusher itself.	Violating the warning may cause serious damage to the product.
Remove any hard seeds.	Violating the warning may cause serious damage to the product especially the screw.
Do not operate with wet hands.	Violating the warning may cause serious injuries o r electrocution.
Do not place the attachment parts in the dishwasher	Violating the warning may cause serious damage to the product.

Warning while operating
Turn off the machine and put it reverse for few seconds then try operating again.

When reverse switch does not work, turn off the machine and reassemble following the instructions given. After reassemble, please try turning on the machine.

How to disassemble and clean

Turn machine "Off".
Twist the hopper to unlock by grabbing the two ejections. Make sure the arrow is aligned with the open sign before pulling off the bowl.
Order to disassemble.

1.Hopper
2.Auger
3.Strainer
4.Auto cleaning brush
5.Bowl
Use the brush to clean thoroughly after operating.

Do not use metal sponge to clean, it will damage the machine.
Do not use dishwasher to clean.
Do not rinse the base with direct water, use dry towel or wet towel to clean.
Please dry the attachments after cleaning.

Before requesting for repair service

Please check when

Machine does not operate.	Check if the power cord has been plugged in correctly. Check if the assembly has been done correctly. Call customer service.
The juice does not disch -arge suffciently or there is juice discharging from the pulp ejector.	Check if the rubber pad has been installed correctly. Check if the fruits, vegetables, etc is fresh material.
Machine is stopped.	Check if there are too much materials put in at once. Check if the hard seeds are removed. Turn off the machine and try the reverse button for 2-3 seconds then try operating again.
Making "squeaking" noise when making juice.	This sound is perfectly normal when making juice. It is the sound of juice being squeezed by the squeezing screw.
The machine shakes.	This shaking is perfectly normal. It is the sign of the motor is working properly.
