Intended Use: Protect exposed skin between the base
of the stoma and the opening in the wafer, and as a
filler for skin folds and uneven skin surfaces.
Indications for Use: For use with a colostomy,
ileostomy or urostomy.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Stomahesive Paste is a convenient, highly effective
fi ller, sealant, and protective skin barrier specifically
d esigned for use around colostomy, ileostomy, or uri-
n ary stomas. The paste can also be used to protect
e xposed skin around fistula sites, between the base of
a stoma and the opening in the Flange/Skin Barrier,
a nd as a filler for skin folds, uneven skin surfaces, and
s cars.
CONTRAINDICATION
Do not use on individuals with a known sensitivity to
t he paste or its ingredients.
I MPORTANT:
1 . For external use only. Do not apply into an open
wound or skin ulcer.
2. Contains alcohol.
3. Should irritation occur, discontinue use and consul
a health care professional.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
APPLICATION TO SKIN BARRIER
• Prepare the Flange/Skin Barrier as described in the
Instructions for Use accompanying the Flange/Skin
Barrier.
• Apply a ring of paste on the back of the Flange/Skin
Barrier around the hole. Do not spread the paste.
Wait one minute before applying the Flange/Skin
Barrier.
ENGLISH • For best results, squeeze tube from bottom and
flatten as you go up.
APPLICATION TO SKIN
Apply Stomahesive Paste to fill depressions and irreg-
ular skin contours. If required, use a moistened finger
or spatula to spread the paste evenly. (1)
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
• Apply the Flange/Skin Barrier and press down firmly
around the base of the stoma. (2)
• Additional paste may be applied to further protect
the skin around the stoma at any time.
• Tighten cap securely.
REMOVING STOMAHESIVE PASTE
Stomahesive Paste is easily removed after it has been
in place for 48 hours. If the paste must be removed
sooner, use warm water. It is not necessary to remove
all traces of the paste prior to a new application.
DISPOSAL
If during the use of this device or as a result of its use a
serious incident has occurred, please report it to the
manufacturer and to your national authority.

Beoogd gebruik: Bescherm de blootliggende huid

wafel en als een vulmiddel voor huidplooien en
ongelijke huidoppervlakken.
Gebruiksaanwijzing: Voor gebruik met een colostoma,
ileostoma of urostoma.
PRODUCT OMSCHRIJVING
Stomahesive Pasta is een gemakkelijk aan te brengen
en zeer effectieve huidvullende en huidbeschermende
pasta. Het is speciaal ontwikkeld voor gebruik rond
colostomaʼs, ileostomaʼs en urostomaʼs. De pasta kan
ook gebruikt worden om de huid te beschermen rond
fistels, tussen de basis van de stoma en de opening
van de beschermplaat, en als een opvulmiddel bij
huidplooien, andere huidoneffenheden en littekens.
CONTRA-INDICATIES
Niet gebruiken bij personen met een gekende
overgevoeligheid voor de pasta of de ingrediënten.
BELANGRIJK:
1. Alleen voor uitwendig gebruik. Niet gebruiken bij
open wonden of huidzweren.
2. Bevat alcohol.
3. Wanneer irritatie zou optreden, stop het gebruik en
raadpleeg een arts of verpleegkundige.
GEBRUIKSAANWIJZING
AANBRENGEN OP DE HUIDPLAAT
• Maak de huidplaat klaar voor gebruik zoals beschreven
in de
Gebruiksaanwijzing
• Plaats een hoeveelheid pasta op de achterzijde van de
huidplaat rond de stoma-opening. Smeer de pasta niet
uiteen. Wacht één minuut alvorens de huidplaat aan te

• Voor het beste resultaat, knijp de tube van onder
naar boven leeg.
AANBRENGEN OP DE HUID
Breng Stomahesive Pasta aan om oneffenheden en
onregelmatige huidoppervlakken op te vullen. Voor het
uitspreiden van de pasta kunt U een bevochtigde
vinger of spatel gebruiken. (1)
ALGEMENE INSTRUCTIES
• Breng de huidplaat aan en druk goed aan rond de
basis van de stoma. (2)
• Aanvullende pasta mag op elk ogenblik aangebracht
worden om de huid rond de stoma extra te beschermen.
• Sluit de tube goed af.
