    OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS ITEM # DESCRIPTION Tilting Handle - Used for tilting the kettle. Pressure Relief Valve (not shown) - This valve is used to vent the kettle and in the unlikely event there is an excess steam build-up in the jacket, this valve opens automatically to relieve this pressure.
