    1. Operate the hydraulic levers to allow fluid to flow out of the cylinders and release the pressure on the animal. 2. Check to make sure that the animal is free of any injury.     Use an AGM Battery Charger to charge the unit, or boost by attaching jumper cables to the charging lugs on the outside of the box. i. Arrowquip recommends Genius 26000 Charger. 3. Slow function in extreme cold weather. a. If the unit has been sitting outside in extremely cold temperatures, it is possible that the oil is thicker than normal, and the jacks may operate slower than at warmer temperatures.
