• Is the backlight turned on? When the backlight has been turned off due to the power
saving setting of the Light & Power application, press the Backlight key to turn the
light on.
• The backlight will not turn on.
• When the brightness control slider in the Light & Power application is set to off, the
backlight will not turn on even if the Backlight key is pressd. Set the slider to a higher
brightness setting. (See the Operation Manual: "Managing power (Light & Power)".)
