Never put your hands in a basket that is still in motion. ATTENTION! Washing and drying of garments that are soaked in substances manifestly harmful to the health of operators, poisons or carcinogenic products are prohibited.

In order to avoid sunburn or crushing of the limbs, it is absolutely forbidden to remove, even temporarily, the protection panels and security systems! ATTENTION! It is forbidden to introduce bars, slats, or metal objects inside the basket.

    E210501X rev.1_ENG 16/11/2021 DANGER OF ELECTROCUTION Any intervention on the electrical parts of the machine must be carried out only by qualified personnel and after removing the power supply to the machine. The power and control circuits can only be tampered with by the manufacturer's staff, under penalty of forfeiture of the warranty conditions.

TRANSPORT, STORAGE AND UNPACKING The machinery must be transported and stored in rooms where temperature and humidity do not exceed the following values: temperature: -25°C÷55°C Humidity: 0%÷90% (non-condensing) Upon receipt it is recommended to check the machine, taking care to report to the carrier any damage caused during transport, both to the internal components and to the external bodywork.

To reduce the noise level, it is possible to mount a silencer (available at specialized stores) to be installed on the exhaust. ATTENTION! The exhaust ducts of gas dryers must never be shared with the exhaust ducts of electric or steam heating dryers, much less with the exhaust ducts of other types of machines.

The machine can operate with a steam pressure of 0.5bar to 4.5 bar, but the lower the steam pressure, the longer the water heating times in the washing phases. ATTENTION! For tilting machines make sure that the movement of the machine does not compromise the connection to the steam collectors.

    E210501X rev.1_ENG 16/11/2021 ATTENTION! The shut-off valve (1) must be opened slowly, so as to minimize the effects of water hammer. ATTENTION! The steam line MUST NOT be intercepted by electric or pneumatic valves for temperature regulation. Thermoregulation is already carried out by the damper of the machine. The use of valves shortens the life of the exchanger, and the warranty must be considered automatically lapsed.

Point 4 indicates the exhaust of moist air (always) and flue gases (in the case of a machine with gas heating). Point 5 locates the box of electrical connections and part of the electrical system.

The manual unlocking of the porthole closure should NEVER be used during normal operation of the machine! In the case of washing machines with impulse closure. Open only the panel identified in the figure. To unhook the porthole, pull the rope with a visible ring on the left side.

    E210501X rev.1_ENG 16/11/2021 For garments dirty with substances such as cooking oil, acetone, alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, stain removers, turpentine, wax, and substances to remove it: they are washed in hot water with a sufficient amount of detergent for the complete elimination of these substances. These fabrics must then be rinsed thoroughly and aired before being inserted into the machine.

COOLING TIME After exhausting the time defined in HEATING DURATION, the dryer will perform a cooling cycle characterized by a maximum duration to reach a low temperature that guarantees easy extraction of the garments.

The cycle must always end with a cooling phase! 43. STAGES OF THE DRYING PROGRAM The program of a dryer consists of two phases: the heating phase and the final cooling phase. Each of these two phases has two characteristic values: temperature and time.

END OF WORKING DAY FOR THE DRYER At the end of the working day, the machine must be brought to the end of the cycle and turned off: the basket must be emptied and cleaned.
