1.8.2 SFP

In terms of its appearance, there are two types of modules (types A and B) for SFP.
Users can see the difference between SFP-SX and SFP-LX by the colors of their
indicated areas shown in the figures below.

Caution: Do not look at the inside of GBIC directly to prevent you from being affected by
laser beam.
NOTE: Use the SFP of the standard version HITACHI recommends. Performance cannot
be guaranteed if you use the products other than the standardized ones.
NOTE: There are two types of modules (Type A and Type B) for SFP-SX .
However, there is no functional difference between these two types.
