3 MAINTENANCE

3.1 Periodic Maintenance Schedule

The below chart list basic machine and engine maintenance. Refer to engine Operation
Manual for additional information on engine maintenance. A copy of the engine
Operation Manual was supplied with the machine when it was shipped.
Check fuel level.
Check engine oil level.
Inspect air filter. Replace as needed.
Check the hydraulic fluid level
Check the scrapers
Check the water in sprinkler system
Check external hardware.
Check that all bolted
tightened
Replace the engine oil
Replace the oil filter
Replace the air filter
Check and adjust valve clearance
Check the bolts connection
Change the engine oil
Change the oil filter
Change the air filter
Check and adjust valve clearance
Check and clean cooling system
Change the fuel filter.
Change the hydraulic fluid and filter
Change the oil in the eccentric element
Clean/Replace the air filter
Change hydraulic oil and filter
