Reduced suction
The LED Light flashes red and blue during charging
Insufficient running time after charging
The LED Light does not turn on during charging
The LED Light flashes red during operation

Problem
- The Dust Bin is full
- The Dust Bin Filter is blocked
- The vent is blocked
- The battery is not placed in the vacuum during
charging
- Insufficient charging time
- Normal discharge reduction in the battery
- The vacuum is connected to the wrong charger
- The suction vent is blocked
- Battery power is low
Solution
- Empty the Dust Bin
- Clean or replace the Dust Bin Filter
- Check the vent for any blockages and clear it
- Insert the battery into the vacuum and charge it. If the
issue persists, please contact Customer Care
- Fully charge the battery according to the instructions
in the Owner's Guide
- Purchase a new battery
- Only use the charger originally provided
with your handheld vacuum (charger model
YLS0241A-U260060)
- Check the suction vent of the vacuum for any debris
and clear it. If the Upholstery Tool is attached, check
and clear the roller. If the issue persists, please
contact Customer Care
- Fully charge the battery before operation
