Intended Use

The air dent puller a special tool for flattening dented plates. The
air dent puller creates a vacuum which sucks it firmly to the metal
sheet / to the body. Dents can be removed by gently operating
the slide hammer.
The intended use also includes an operation following the
operating instructions.
Any use beyond these parameters (different media, applying
force) or any changes (reconstruction, no original accessory) can
lead to serious risks and is regarded as use that is contrary to the
intended purpose.

Before first Use

Unpack the air dent puller and the required accessory and check all
parts for any damage in transit. Dispose of packaging materials or
store them out of reach of children. Plastic bags etc. may become a
deadly toy for children.

Start-up

1. Depending on the size of the dent you intend to remove, screw
the desired suction cup (7), (8) or (9) on the front thread of the
tool.
2. Use a flexible hose to connect the air connection (1) of the air
dent puller with the compressed air generator. Operate the tool
with a pressure of 6 bar (max. 8 bar). Clean the surface to be
processed and the used suction cup and keep those clean at all
times.
3. Lead the suction cup of the air dent puller to the workpiece/to the
dent you want to remove. Open the air inlet valve (3). The tool
creates a vacuum at the suction cup which sucks it firmly to the
metal sheet. Excessive air escapes through the air exhaust open-
ings (5) at the handle.
