Lid switch

(See fig. 7)
The agitator should stop when the lid is opened. Stop shall
occur when the gap between the vessel and the lid exceeding
40 mm.
1. Remove the old switch and the lid switch holder.
2. Assemble the new lid switch holder (C), the plate cam(A)
and theend limit switch (E) as in the fig.7.
3. Make sure the shaft(B) do not gap in the axial direction
4. Connect a buzzer to the switch.
5. Open the lid. Check that the switch disconnects (the buzzer
becomes silent) when the lid is opened.
6. The distance between the pan and lid must be no more than
40 mm. If not, adjust with the screws (D).
7. Connect the wire W143 to the safety relay 14D2.
Lid adjustment
(see Fig.8)
The lid may have to be adjusted when installed. The lid can be
adjusted vertically, laterally and in depth. Undo the screw (C)
and adjust the lid vertically. Lock the screw (C) using Loctite
type 275. Adjust the lid laterally using the screws (D). Use the
locking ring (E) to adjust the lid in depth.
In order to open the lid with a gentler or firmer movement,
adjust the position of the gas spring (G) in mount (F).
The lid
