IF YOUR APPLIANCE IS SUPPLIED WITH A REMOTE, ENSURE THE REMOTE RECEIVER IS IN THE “OFF” POSITION PRIOR TO HOOKING UP THE GAS AND ELECTRICAL SUPPLY TO THE APPLIANCE.
