This equipment has been designed and manufactured to exceed fall arrest requirements and regulations in order to meet the needs of the discriminating operator.

3.0 - Conﬁ guration & Assembly Upon initial receipt of the #AC-R Series Device, inspect the packaging for any evidence that the product may have been damaged in shipment. While unpacking the product, inspect all of the components for damage. If damage to any of the components is discovered, DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT! Alert the shipping carrier immediately of the damage to the shipment.

Speciﬁ cally check for “elongation” of the pin holes in the ears. The pin holes should be round with relatively sharp edges at the face of the ear. Any AC-R Series Anchor Clamp system exhibiting deformation in the ears should be removed from service immediately.
