16. END THE CHARGING PROCESS
During charging, the charging process can be
terminated as follows:
§ Pass the RFID card past the wallbox receiver to end
the charging process prematurely. When the vehicle
is unlocked, you can disconnect the charging plug.
§ The vehicle battery is fully charged and the vehicle
ends the charging process. When the vehicle is
unlocked, you can disconnect the charging plug.

17. ERROR DESCRIPTION

ERROR
CAUSE
OVERLOAD
Input voltage is too high.
UNDERVOLTAGE
Input voltage is too low.
The internal temperature of the
OVERHEAT
wallbox is above 85°C.
LEAKAGE CURRENT
The earthing is poor or the
EXCEEDS THE
CC/CP connection of the
LIMIT
charging plug is incorrect.
OVERCURRENT
The input current is too high.
MEASURE
If the input voltage exceeds 460V AC, the wallbox
detects overvoltage and switches off. Have the
installation checked.
If the input voltage is below 300V AC, the wallbox
detects undervoltage and switches off. Have the
installation checked.
Make sure that the ambient temperature is
below 60°C. If the internal temperature exceeds
85°C, the wallbox will switch off. Avoid direct
sunlight.
The wallbox switches off. Have your installation
checked.
The wallbox switches off at input currents above
18A. Have your installation and cables checked
for damage.
