The communication port "uart1:" is fitted
with a DB25 male connector.
Cable configuration:
The printer end of the cable should have a DB25 female connector.
The other end of the cable depends on the type of computer or
terminal to which the printer is to be connected. The configuration
follows the same principles as for the Single Serial Interface Board,
as described earlier in this manual.
The communication port "uart1:" contains the following signals

Suitable cables for RS 232C connection between the printer's
communication port "uart1:" and an IBM-XT, IBM-PS2 or IBM-
AT personal computer are available from UBI:
