2.1 Replacing the Battery Figure 4: ADTS Touch Battery Compartment Note: Only use batteries that have been supplied by or purchased from Druck. Prior to replacing the battery, switch the ADTS Touch off. If the ADTS Touch is connected to the umbilical cable or Docking connector, disconnect prior to removing the battery cover plate. -

Note: The battery does not necessarily need to be new or re-charged. The ADTS Touch will function safely and correctly with a flat battery when the umbilical cable or dock charging supply is connected. Refit the battery compartment cover plate and tighten the two thumbscrews (5).
