c. The air compressor cooling water system is better used alone to avoid that water shortage affects cooling
effect.
d. Cooling water tower must suit the regulated water amount of air compressor, at the same time, the selection
of suction pump power should be right. The location of cooling water tower should be easy to dissipate heat,
good ventilation and needs support against toppling.
e. The cooling water pressure should be often kept between 0.3-0.45MPa.
f. The cooling water outlet temperature should keep less than 40 ℃.
g. If it is the air-cooling air compressor, we must pay special attention to the ventilation environment. Air
compressor shouldn't be close to high-temperature machinery or sealed space with bad ventilation to avoid the
machine skipping because of high exhaust temperature. If applied in a sealed system, we must install air
sucking and discharging equipments for air circulation. In general, several air quantity of air sucking and
discharging must be more than the radiating air delivery of air compressor.

a、 According to the using power of air compressor, we choose the right power wire and can not use too small line,
if not; the power line will burn out for high temperature and occur dangers. When selecting the OT connection pipe,
large current category should be chosen to avoid that the high temperature of terminals will cause the burn out of
compressor.
b、It will be better for air compressor to use a set of electric system alone, and especially to get rid of parallel usage
with other system of different electricity system. If parallel used, the air compressor will be overloading caused by
over large voltage drop or three-phase current imbalance and make the protection device skipping, to which the
high-power air compressor should especially pay attention.
c、Suitable NFB (none fuse-switch) should be installed according to the air compressor KW number to keep the
safety of electricity using system and maintenance.
d、When air compressor wiring, we must confirm the right voltage.
e、The ground connection line of the motor or system should be erect, and the ground connection line shouldn't
directly connect to the air delivery pipe or cooling water pipe.
f、In general regulation, if the three-phase a.c. motor operates with overload, the current should not exceed 3% of
