f. Reserve maintenance space to make sure there should be at least 70cm distance between air compressor
and wall.
g. If the air compressor is placed in a sealed air compressor room, it should be installed with an exhaust fan
to keep the temperature of the machine room. The air flow of exhaust fan should be more than that of
circulating fan or cooling fan of air compressor, and the entrance area of cool air should be enough. We
can also install a pod at the exit of air compressor exhaust fan to direct the hot air to the outdoor by air
guidance passage to keep the temperature.

Two. Compressor Installation

a. Compressor unit installation
The unit should be placed horizontally and tightly close to the foundation surface.
Foundation surface should be horizontal to avoid the big vibration of air compressor and loud noise.
b. Compressor unit ventilation
To keep the working temperature of the compressor unit stable, the air should freely be in and out of the
compressor, so the surrounding of the compressor unit should have a certain space. The
environmental temperature should be less than 45 ℃, because the environmental is higher,
the air delivery of air compressor is much less.
Three． ． ． ． Notice for air supply pipe installation
a. Stop valve is installed at the machine unit air feeding open, and the pipeline should have 1°-2°
inclination to discharge the condensation water in the pipeline.
