b. Remote automatic control (on-off mode: remote; loading mode: automatic)
In general, the remote automatic control is the same with the on-site automatic control, however, the difference is
that the remote automatic control can be accomplished by controlling remote switch when starting and stopping the
equipment.
c. On-site manual control (on-off mode: machine side; loading mode: manual operation)
On-off control is same with automatic control, and it will be unloading operation after starting the machine. Press
"↓↑" key to upload, and when air supply pressure is more than download pressure, the equipment will automatically
unload. if not press key "↓↑"to upload, the equipment will be unloading operation to the deadhead stop. In the
process of unloading, press "↓↑"key to load; in the process of loading, press "↓↑"key to upload.
d. Remote manual operation control (on-off mode: remote; uploading mode: manual)
Remote manual control is same with on-site manual control, and the only difference exists that the start and stop
of the equipment can be controlled by remote switch.
B、 、 、 、 Net working control
a. When controller net working communication is set as "computer", it can realize the computer network control.
b. When controller communication is set as "ganged", it can realize the net working control between controllers, but
air end just can be 1# machine.
C、 、 、 、 Fan temperature control
When exhaust temperature is more than the fan start temperature, fan motor operates; when exhaust
Temperature less than fan temperature, the fan motor will stop operation.
D、 、 、 、 Automatic drainage
The controller is equipped with automatic drainage function and dewater on time as per the setting drainage
continuing time and interval time.
E、 、 、 、 Malfunction shut down and emergency shut down
When it appears the malfunctions, such as electrical failure, exhaust high temperature and so on durin
g the machine unit operation period, the controller stops motor operation at once. Restart motor after remo
ving malfunctions. If meets emergency, press emergency stop button to cut off the controller and contactor
power.
F、 、 、 、 Zero loading overlong automatic stopping system
When the system using air amount decreases, the compressor keep operating under the zero loading c
ondition, and if the operating time of zero loading exceeds the set time, the air compressor will automatic
stop and the motor stops operation. When the system using air amount increases, the system pressure will
drop, and the air compressor will start automatic to compensate the air amount. The zero loading overlon
g stop time setting should be as per that the starting number of motor per hour should not be more than t
wo times, and customers could set it according to the using conditions.
Please bear it in mind that we should avoid the frequent start of motor to make the motor burned up.
