temperature and will open full when it is 72℃, at which moment, all oil will enter the compressor through oil cooler.
D. Cooling system
a. Air-cooling machine.
Cool air is sucked by a circulating fan to blow over the heat dissipating fins of cooler and exchange heat with
compressed air and lubricating oil to reach the cooling effects. The highest allowing environmental temperature of
the cooling system is 40℃, if the environment temperature is over 40℃, the system may cause machine trip, for
example, the location is beside boiler of high temperature.
b. Water-cooling machine.
The standard of cooling water temperature design is 32℃, so it needs special attention to the cooling water
circulating system design. Especially the cooling water quality must live up to the above general industry standard
and try to get rid of using underground water, if the cooling water is bad, the cooling water tower should be cleaned
out its sediments by adding cleaning agent periodically to avoid influencing the efficiency and service life of the
cooler. When winter and in the districts with normal temperature under freezing point, the cool water in the cooler
must be totally discharged out when stop operating.

One . Acceptance and Installation
A. Acceptance
a. When you get the air compressor, please check its quantity, model, size and attached documents.
b. Visually check the air compressor and its attachment to clear whether it is damaged during
transportation.
c. If there is any shortage or damage of the air compressor, please mark out the condition and inform the
business personnel to deal with it.
A. Installation
Installation site selection
The installation site selection of the air compressor is the most easily neglected by workers. After purchase,
the air compressor is often placed at will and used at once after configuration and management with no prior
plan, which results in air compressor failures, maintenance difficulty, and inferior compressed air quality and
so on. Therefore, the suitable installation site is the precondition to right use the air compressor.
a. Need place with enough space and favorable lighting to make it easy for operation and inspection.
b. Low air relative humidity, less dust, clean air and good ventilation.
c. The environmental temperature should be less than 40 ℃, because the temperature is higher, the output
air volume of the air compressor is lower.
d. If the factory environment is bad with much dust, it must be retrofitted with fronting filtering device to keep
the service life of air compressor system parts.
e. Reserve passage and install crown block especially needed by high-power air compressor to make it easy
