Troubleshooting
The following is a list of problems you may encounter when using this appliance and some suggestions that may help to
correct the problem. If you still have problems, please contact your Fisher & Paykel trained and supported service
technician.

Solving Operating Problems

Power not switched on at the

Possible Causes
Switch the power on at the wall. Then press 'POWER'.
Try plugging in another electrical appliance.
Touch and hold the 'Keylock' button for 2 seconds (refer to
'Wash Cycle Options').
Open and reclose door.
If
is flashing then the washer is waiting for a command from
you.
Check if a code is being displayed on the panel (refer
to 'Before you Call for Service' and 'Fault Codes').
Check that both hot and cold taps are turned on (if using cold
inlet only ensure inlet valve cap is installed on the hot valve on
the machine).
Check the cold tap is connected to the cold valve on the
