The pump (3) consumes oil from the tank (4) and transports the oil using the high pressure tubes (5)
to the side cutter (or both cutters, if mounted). One tube exits the pump and is fitted with a T
connector (6) which allows branching to both cutters.
The side cutter must be fitted with two tubes (7 and 8). One tube is used to supply the cutter with the
oil and the other to drain the oil from the cutter. The tube used for oil supply must be connected using
a quick coupler (e.g. euro coupler) with the tube exiting the pump.
The second low pressure tube, which drains the oil from the cutter, must be connected to the oil tank,
to which the oil is transported. In addition, the oil from the second cutter (if assembled) and liquid
wastes resulting from losses occurring during the pump's operation are also transported to the tank.
The connection and markings of elements are shown in the drawing no. 14.
During the assembly of the PROFI 135 rape side cutter, it is necessary to secure all cables by moving
them away from places in which they would be exposed to damage or abrasion. The method of their
security is shown in the drawing no. 15.
ATTENTION!
It is possible to fit a 12 Volt solenoid valve at the hydraulic drive side cutter, which allows turning off
the side cutter by the operator located in the combine harvester's cabin. This results in the
interruption of oil circulation and halting the side cutter's operation.
