ATTENTION!!
During the assembly of the PROFI 135 rape side cutter, it is necessary to secure all cables
by moving them away from places in which they would be exposed to damage or abrasion. It is
necessary to do so using terminals, as shown in the drawing no. 12.
The first step during the assembly of the PROFI 135 rape side cutter is screwing it to the rape cutting
table. The cutter is assembled using four bolts. Two
other two – on the bottom. In case of top assembly, it is only possible to use M12 x 50 bolts with the
durability class of 8.8. In case of bottom assembly, it is only possible to use M12 x 20 bolts with the
durability class of 8.8.

The PROFI 135 rape side cutter must be connected to a pump which provides hydraulic
pressure of 50 to 180 bar. This pump can drive both side cutters (the right and left cutter). Pulleys (1
and 2), which are connected with a V belt, are mounted to the rape table drive transmission and the
pump.
