The PROFI 135 rape side cutter with a hydraulic drive includes an engine
with 1250 rotations and a torque of 25 Nm, 2.4 Hp. The maximum pressure decrease is equal to 140
bar. The maximum oil flow is equal to 20 l/min and cannot be exceeded.
When assembling and disassembling the PROFI 135 rape side cutter, both the combine harvester
and other devices connected to it should be completely shut down.

It is necessary to transport and store the side cutter in a horizontal position. In case of vertical
positioning, there is a big risk that the device will fall down sideways. Due to the substantial weight of
the cutter, there is a big risk of crushing the body part on which it will fall and causing other serious
injuries.
Due to the cutter's weight, its manual transport can be executed by one male (over 18 years old) or
two females (over 18 years old) or by two males of age between 16 and 18 years old.
When storing, handling and transport of the device, the knives should be covered with the cover
designed for this purpose. Due to their sharpness and triangular shape, there is a probability of
wounding, cutting or piercing the body part which will be in direct contact with them.
During the disassembly of the cutter from the combine harvester, it is necessary to ensure that the
machine's power supply is disconnected every time.

This way it is secured from damage for the time of transport. When unpacking, it is necessary to
dispose of the packaging elements in a way which is safe for the environment.
During the assembly and disassembly, it is necessary to take special care and comply with all
instructions of this instruction manual. The cutter's blades should be covered with a cover designed
for this purpose at all times.

6.1 Electrical drive cutter

The first step during the assembly of the PROFI 135 rape side cutter is screwing it to the rape cutting
table. The cutter is assembled using four bolts. Two of them are used at the top and two at the
bottom. In case of top assembly, it is only possible to use M12 x 50 bolts with the durability class of
8.8. In case of bottom assembly, it is only possible to use M12 x 20 bolts with the durability class of
8.8.
