    è di 140 bar. La portata massima dell’olio è di 20 l/min e non deve essere superata. Durante il montaggio e lo smontaggio della barra falciante laterale per il taglio della colza PROFI 135, sia la mietitrebbia che gli altri dispositivi collegati devono essere assolutamente spenti.

    Il primo passo durante il montaggio della barra falciante laterale per il taglio della colza PROFIX 135 consiste nell'avvitarla al tavolo da taglio della colza. La barra falciante è montata su quattro viti. Due di loro attaccano la barra falciante in alto, gli altri due in basso. Per il montaggio dall'alto si possono utilizzare solo viti M12 x 50 della classe di resistenza 8.8.

Su uno dei suoi terminali vanno poste le estremità dei fili provenienti dall'interruttore, sull'altro le estremità dei fili che saranno collegati alla batteria.     Bisogna utilizzare la fresa laterale per il taglio della colza PROFIX 135 solo per l'uso previsto e secondo le istruzioni del presente manuale. La fresa laterale per il taglio della colza PROFIX 135 funziona correttamente quando le lame si muovono liberamente in linea retta e sul binario definito grazie all'albero motore utilizzato.

    Regolazione della tensione della cinghia trapezoidale Se è necessario cambiare la tensione della cinghia trapezoidale, scollegare l'apparecchio dall'alimentazione, rimuovere il coperchio metallico ed effettuare le regolazioni. La regolazione avviene tramite viti (1 e 2) avvitate in fori a forma di fagiolo. Per aumentare la tensione della cinghia trapezoidale, allentare le viti (1 e 2, come mostrato in figura 16) con una chiave, quindi spingere la carcassa metallica (3) verso l'alto, ad esempio sollevandola dal basso.

    The PROFI 135 rape side cutter is available in two versions: with an electrical or hydraulic drive. The PROFI 135 rape side cutter can be assembled on combine harvesters with 12 V systems and to old generation combine harvesters with 24 V systems. A correctly assembled side cutter should be positioned as specified in the drawing no.

    3.1 Electrical drive The PROFI 135 rape side cutter with an electrical drive is available in two versions: with a 12 V or 24 V voltage. Both models are driven with the same type of electric engine with a rated capacity of 300W and current consumption of 34A.

    6.1 Electrical drive cutter The first step during the assembly of the PROFI 135 rape side cutter is screwing it to the rape cutting table. The cutter is assembled using four bolts. Two of them are used at the top and two at the bottom.

  • Page 24 Figure 8. Connection of the tubes with a plug The tube marked in the drawing no. 8 (1) must be lead towards the cabin. It is necessary to place a relay at the end of the tube. Cables to the on/off switch and the battery will be led from the relay. The relay is used for adjusting the current intensity in order to prevent damage to the on/off switch.

It is necessary to place ends of cables leading out of the on/off switch on one terminal and the ends of cables which are to be connected to the battery.     EG-Konformitätserklärung im Sinne der EU-Richtlinie Hiermit erklärt Firma Profix Bogusław Pabirowski, dass nachfolgend bezeichnetes Raps- Seitenmesser der EU-Richtlinie 89/392/EWG entspricht. 1. Sicherheitshinweise und Unfallverhütung Raps-Seitenmesser ist ausschließlich zum Rapsschneiden vorgesehen und verwenden Sie es bei Montage, Betrieb, Wartung und Handhabung nur in Übereinstimmung mit der Anleitung.

     Die Kurbelstange soll völlig bedeckt werden, damit keine Abfälle, Stäube u.ä. hineingehen, die beim Rapsschneiden entstehen  Die Versorgungsleitungen sollen möglich weit vom Seitenmesser gelegt werden.     3. Antriebe 3.1 elektrischer Antrieb Raps-Seitenmesser PROFIX 135 mit elektrischem Antrieb ist in zwei Typen zugänglich: mit der Spannung von 12 V oder 24 V. Beide Modelle sind mit dem so gleichen elektrischen Motor mit der Nennleistung von 300W und Stromentnahme von 34 A angetrieben.

    3.2 Hydraulischer Antrieb Raps-Seitenmesser PROFIX 135 mit dem hydraulischen Antrieb besitzt den Motor mit der Drehzahl von 1250 und Moment 25 Nm, 2,4 Hp. Der maximale Druck-Rückgang beträgt 140 bar. Der maximale Öl-Durchfluss beträgt 20 L/Min. und kann nicht überschreitet werden.

Diese Verbindung stellt die Abbildung Nr. 8 dar. Sie muss in den günstigen Platz gelegt werden und unbedingt mittels der Klemmen versichert werden.
  • Page 41 Der Einschalter soll an der leicht und schnell für den Mähdrescher-Operateur zugänglichen Stelle platzieren. Auf einer Klemme muss man die vom Einschalter geführten Kabelschuhe platzieren, dagegen auf anderer die Kabelschuhe, die an den Akkumulator angeschlossen werden. Auf Abbildung Nr. 10 wurde die Anschließung der Leitungen an den Akkumulator dargestellt.

    ACHTUNG!! Bei der Montage des Raps-Seitenmessers PROFIX 135 muss man unbedingt alle Leitungen durch ihr Entfernen von den Plätzen , in den sie beschädigt oder durchgescheuert werden könnten, absichern. Man muss das mit Hilfe von Klemmen tun, wie das die Abbildung Nr. 12 zeigt.

Bei der Montage des Raps-Seitenmessers PROFIX 135 muss man unbedingt alle Leitungen durch ihr Entfernen von den Plätzen , in den sie beschädigt oder durchgescheuert werden könnten, absichern. Man muss das mit Hilfe von Klemmen tun, wie das die Abbildung Nr. 15 zeigt.

    Das Raps-Seitenmesser PROFIX 135 ist nur bestimmungsgemäß und nach den in dieser Bedienungsanleitung beschriebenen Regeln zu nutzen. Das Raps-Seitenmesser PROFIX 135 arbeitet richtig , wenn sich Messer frei in gerader Linie und auf der richtigen Bahn dank der eingesetzten Kurbelstange bewegen.

    Putzen Beim Putzen des Seitenmessers von Verschmutzungen, die während der Arbeit entstehen, muss man die Messer mit dem dafür geeigneten Mantel bedecken, der zum Gerät beigefügt ist. Regulierung der Spannung des Keilriemens Falls die Spannung des Keilriemens geändert werden muss, ist das Gerät unbedingt von der Stromversorgung zu trennen, man muss den Metall-Schutz abzulegen und die Regulierung zu machen.

    2002/96/EC gehandhabt werden muss, um mit nur minimalen umweltspezifischen Auswirkungen recycelt oder zerlegt werden zu können.
