GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Before doing any maintenance or adjusting on the implement always stop the tractor, place in park and remove
the ignition key. Place adequate support bracing as needed to safely work on implement.
1. Grease automatic reset shanks every 10 hours if shanks trip frequently. Grease less frequently if condi-
tions do not cause frequent tripping.
2. If the Ripper is equipped with gauge wheels or coulters, repack the bearings with grease yearly.
3. Keep all bolts tight. Check Regularly.
LUBRICATION LOCATION GUIDE
* Lubricate at all locations indicated every 8 hours with a clean, Lithium-Based No. 2 Grease. Wipe off fittings
and end of grease gun before attaching grease gun.
