a. Calibration of support close position

Loosen the allen nuts on top of the conveyor support, move the support in close position, and then fix the nuts.

Send conveyor support to a position. For example 500 mm.

Cut with the tool at front.

Measure the processed profile. In case profile is of 502 mm in length, which is 2 mm longer than 500 mm, increase the
close offset about 2 mm. In other words if close offset is 100 mm, then edit offset value with 102 mm. In the case that
the profile is of 498 mm in length which is 2 mm shorter than 500 mm, decrease the close offset about 2 mm. If lose
offset is 100 mm, then edit offset value with 98 mm.

Move the machine to reference position by pressing on
completed.
b. Calibration of support far position

Loosen the allen nuts on top of the conveyor support, move the support in far position, and then fix the nuts.

Send conveyor support to a position. For example 1000 mm.

Cut with the tool at front.

Measure the cut profile. In case cut profile is of 1002 mm in length which is 2 mm longer than 1000 mm, increase the
far offset about 2 mm. In other words if far offset is 500 mm, then edit offset value with 502 mm. In the case that the
profile is of 998 mm in length which is 2 mm shorter than the desired 1000 mm, decrease the far offset about 2 mm. If
far offset is 500 mm, then edit offset value with 498 mm.

Move the machine to reference position by pressing on
completed.

After completing the close and far position calibration, this value can be adjusted to utilize the maximum distance over
the machine (If this value is exaggerated, machine reaches its limit and lock itself. Therefore, this value should be
given cautiously).
The value displayed in service page indicates the length of the machine.
