Read all instructions and follow it carefully before using this equipment. Make sure the equipment is properly assembled and tightened before use.

    SECURITY AND MAINTENANCE After the complete assembly, check that all the retainer, such as the cap screws, nuts and washers are in place, or be secured tightly. Do not let children use this product unsupervised. Read all instructions carefully before using. Tighten all bolts before using equipment.

    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1 1. A.) Connect the two Upright Beams (1) by a Cross Brace (2) in the Mid-Span. Secure them with two Hex Bolt (31), one Curved Bracket(12), two FlatWashers(27), and two Hex Locknuts(29) on each end of the Cross Brace. 2.
  • Page 8 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 2 1. A.) Place the Backrest Adjustment Bar(9) between the two Uprights to obtain desired incline of Backrest. 2. B.) Attach the Main Seat Support (3) to the Cross Brace (2) using two Bolts (28), two Flat Washers (27) and two Nuts (29).

    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 3 1. A.) Place the Backrest Pad (14) onto the Backrest Supports. Secure it with four Bolts (34 and four FlatWashers (35). Insert the Pin (33) through the holes on the Backrest Supports to Adjust the Height of the Backrest Pad. 2.

    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 4 1. A.) Attach the Arm Curl Pad (16) to the Arm Curl Stand (7). Secure it with two Bolts (36) and two FlatWashers (35). 2. B.) Insert the Arm Curl Stand (7) into the top opening on the Front Leg (5). Secure it with a Lock Knob (38).

  • Page 13 WARM UP AND COOL DOWN ROUTINE The WARM-UP is an important part of any workout. The purpose of warming up is to prepare your body for exercise and to minimize injuries. Warm up for two to five minutes before aerobic exercising. It should begin every session to prepare your body for more strenuous exercise by heating up and stretching your muscles, increasing your circulation and pulse rate, and delivering more oxygen to your muscles.
  • Page 14 WARM UP AND COOL DOWN ROUTINE QUADRICEP STRETCH With one hand against a wall for balance, reach behind you and pull your right foot up.Bring your heel as close to your buttocks as possible. Hold for 15 counts and repeat with left foot. INNER THIGH STRETCH Sit with the soles of your feet together and your knees pointing outward.
