2) Clean the glass with a damp cloth or with
paper moistened and dabbed in the ashes
(Fig. 30).
You can also use detergents suitable for cleaning
kitchen ovens.
3) Accompany the door until it is completely
closed.
4) Turn the hex key in the opposite direction to
return it to the locked position.

10.3 Routine maintenance

10.3.1 Firebox maintenance
Encrustations and deposits on the deflectors and
on the back of the refractory panels can compro-
mise the correct functioning and duration of the
appliance.
To clean the parts and the appliance properly,
use a simple brush or ash vacuum cleaner.
For cleaning it is necessary to perform the follow-
ing operations:
1) Open the door (A) by pushing it upwards.
2) Lift and extract the grate (b) and ash drawer
(c) (Fig. 31).
3) Vacuum any ash deposited in the underlying
compartments.
4) Slide out and extract the panels (2) (Fig. 32).
