Cause
Jumbo flat fuse (40 A) in
the starter battery is de-
fective
Flat fuse (2 A) in the
starter battery is defec-
tive
Disconnector relay in the
transformer/rectifier is
defective
12 V operating voltage
too low
Lack of gas
Air in the gas pipe
Cobwebs or burnt resi-
due in the burning cham-
ber
Cause
A leak has occurred
Water tank is empty
Drain cock not closed
12 V power supply
switched off
Fuse of the water pump
is defective
Water pump defective
Water pipe snapped off
Transformer/rectifier de-
fective
Water tank is empty
Fuse for Thetford cas-
sette is defective

Remedy
Replace jumbo flat fuse
(40 A) in the starter bat-
tery
Replace flat fuse (2 A) in
the starter battery
Contact customer service
Have the 12 V power
supply checked by an au-
thorised specialist work-
shop
Open regulator tap and
gas isolator tap
Connect a full gas bottle
Repeat ignition 3 or 4
times
Remove the ventilation
grill on the outside of the
vehicle and clean the
burning chamber
Remedy
Identify leak, re-connect
water pipes
Top up with fresh water
Close drain cock
Switch 12 V power sup-
ply on
Replace fuse on the
transformer/rectifier
Exchange water pump
(have it exchanged)
Straighten water pipe or
replace
Contact customer service
Top up with fresh water
Replace fuse
