SAFE appears on the display.
Display is dark.
With the chipper stopped and
power on, turn the switch box in
both feed directions. FF and RR
should appear on the display.
If rpm is blinking on the display,
select the correct rpm value:
HI = 1000
MED = 750
LO = 540
With the chipper stopped and
power on, turn the switch box in
both feed directions. FF and RR
should appear on the display.
Machine only works in reverse.
The red Stop button on the display
is pressed.

Check belts.

Check oil level.

Check motor pressure (me-
asuring points in valves MP1
and MP2).

Ensure that the dump valve is
activated when using feed for-
ward (FF) or reverse (RR).
•
Check the direction of flow.
•
Check motor pressure (measuring points in valves MP1 and
MP2).

Ensure that the dump valve is activated when using feed for-
ward (FF) or reverse (RR).

The safety stop button or sa-
fety limit switch is activated
-> pull out the safety stop but-
ton or release the safety limit
switch.
Check the fuse.
If FF and RR do not appear on
the display, check the wires
and switch box switches.
Increase rpm.
If FF and RR do not appear on
the display, check the wires
and switch box switches.
Reset by pressing and holding
the Reset button for approx. 5
seconds.
