The ability to set pre alarms and alarms in the panel is supported to back up the ECUs safeties in the event the ECU shutdowns were not enabled for some reason or a more conservative setting is desired.

    CONTROLS, INCORPORATED C O N T R O L S Y S T E M S & S O L U T I O N S EMISSIONS MONITORING - REGENERATION The engine ECU continuously monitors the engine’s emissions parameters. When certain conditions are reached, the ECU will indicate that a regen is needed.
