Toute opération d'installation, doit se faire par un
personnel qualifié.

Le local doit être suffisamment éclairé.
La résistance du sol devra supporter 270 kg.
Pour L'entretien, laisser si possible un espace de 350mm à
l'arrière du batteur.

Le batteur doit être stocké dans un endroit sec s'il n'est pas
déballé à réception.
La machine repose sur une palette en bois et est maintenue
en place par des tire fond vissé par les pieds dans la palette
o Retirer l'emballage.
o Retirer les vis de fixation sur la palette bois.
o Utiliser un chariot à fourches pour soulever le batteur.
o Placer les fourches sur le coté du batteur sous la colonne
(cf schéma) en s'assurant que le centre de gravité se
trouve entre ses fourches.
o Positionner le batteur à sa place définitive afin de le fixer
au sol.
Possibilité d'une manutention Longitudinal du batteur suivant le
croquis ci joint
Pose au Sol
Le batteur est monté sur 4 pieds réglables.
Régler la stabilité du batteur grâce à ces pieds réglables.
o Retirer la coupelle du pied et la lame de ressort
o Utiliser une clé rallongée pour dévisser la vis BTH10X50
o Il est possible de bouger le pied plastique pour régler da
hauteur et assurer la stabilité du batteur

Every installation, must be performed with duly qualified

The room must be adequately lighted.
The floor must accept loads of 270 Kg.
For maintenance, leave if possible 350 mm free space
behind the planetary mixer.

The planetary mixer must be stored in a dry place if it is
not unpacked on reception.
Planetary mixer is on wood palett with fixing screws on
its feet screwing on the wood
o Remove the packing.
o Remove the fixation screws on the wood pallet.
o Use a fork lift to lift the planetary mixer.
o Place the forks by the side of the planetary mixer
under the frame (cf drawing) so that the gravity
center is located between the forks.
o Place the planetary mixer at its final location to fix it
on the floor.
It could be possible to do a longitudinal manutention
according the following drawing
