1. Ensure all four pushbuttons of the demo stand are not depressed prior to powering device.

2. Send power to the demo stand by plugging the 3-prong extension into an outlet.

3. Push the "Line Power" pushbutton on the demo stand to simulate line power. If a fault is present,
reset the system by pushing the RESET button on the user interface.
1. Press the ON/HAND (I) button on the user interface to send a Run signal to the Base Control Module
and illuminate the RUN LED on the user interface.
2. Press the OFF (O) button on the user interface to send a Stop signal to the Base Control Module

and illuminate the OFF LED on the user interface.

3. The AUTO button on the user interface will change the control location between Hand (user interface)
and Remote (Fieldbus). Press the AUTO button to activate fieldbus control. Press the OFF (O) button
to return local control.
The left three pushbuttons on the demo stand are programmed to external fault signals that are detected by
the C445 motor management relay.

1. Press the ON/HAND (|) button on the user interface to send a Run signal to the Base Control Module.

2. Activate the fault by pushing the "Over Current Fault" pushbutton. (The C445 trips on over current.)

3. Deactivate the fault by pushing the "Over Current Fault" pushbutton.
4. Clear the fault by pressing the RESET button on the user interface.

2. Activate the fault by pushing the "Over Voltage Fault" pushbutton. (The C445 trips on over voltage.)

3. Deactivate the fault by pushing the "Over Voltage Fault" pushbutton.

4. Clear the fault by pressing the RESET button on the user interface.
1. Press the ON/HAND (I) button on the user interface to send a Run signal to the Base Control Module.

2. Activate the fault by pushing the "Under Power Fault" pushbutton. (The C445 trips on under power.)

3. Deactivate the fault by pushing the "Under Power Fault" pushbutton.

4. Clear the fault by pressing the RESET button on the user interface.
1. After resetting the faults from the previous sections, push the "Line Power" pushbutton to deactivate

2. Remove power from the demo stand by unplugging the 3-prong extension from the outlet.
