Vorgesehener Einsatzbereich Vorgesehener Einsatzbereich Die Hupe 8491/2 ist für den Einsatz als Warnsignalgeber in explosionsgefährdeten Be- reichen mit Gefährdung durch Gas und/oder Staub vorgesehen. WARNUNG Gerät nur bestimmungsgemäß einsetzen! Sonst erlischt Herstellerhaftung und Gewährleistung. Gerät ausschließlich entsprechend den in dieser Betriebsanleitung festgelegten Betriebsbedingungen verwenden. -

Umweltgerechte Entsorgung aller Bauteile gemäß den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen sicherstellen. Funktionsbeschreibung Die Hupe 8491/2 ist für den Einsatz als Warnsignalgeber in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen mit Gefährdung durch Gas und/oder Staub vorgesehen. Der Gas-Explosionsschutz wird duch die Zündschutzarten Vergusskapselung „m“ und Erhöhte Sicherheit „e“ im Anschlussbereich erreicht. Der Staub-Explosionschutz wird durch das Gehäuse IP65 T70°C realisiert. -

Kabel/Leitung auf passende Länge zum korrekten Anschluss konfektionieren. Kabel/Leitung durch Kabeleinführung in Gehäuse einführen. Kabeleinführung fest verschließen (Schlüsselweite SW18). WARNUNG Explosionsgefahr durch falsche Kabeleinführung! Personen- und/oder Sachschäden drohen. Kabelverschraubungen bis zu einer maximalen Schlüsselweite SW19 benutzen. Installation 8.3 Montage der Hupe 11095E00 Hupe mit vier Schrauben an der Wand befestigen. Hupe so befestigen, dass sie nicht als Steighilfe benutzt werden kann. Installation WARNUNG Installationsarbeiten nur durch Fachpersonal! Installationsarbeiten dürfen nur von dazu befugtem und entsprechend geschultem Personal durchgeführt werden. -

Dichtung und Abdeckplatte aufsetzen und mit vier Schrauben fest verschließen. 9.2 Front anbauen 11094E00 Mitgelieferte Dichtung einsetzen. Front auf Hupe aufsetzen und im Uhrzeigersinn um ca. 15° drehen (1). Schraube fest eindrehen um die Hupe zu verschließen (2). 10 Inbetriebnahme Vor Inbetriebnahme Leitungen auf festen Sitz prüfen. -

Assembly Assembly 8.1 Remove the front 11093E00 Remove the screw (1). Rotate the front counter-clockwise about 15° and then remove it (2). 8.2 Insert the cable 11097E00 The cable is preassembled. Cut the cable/wire to the appropriate length and add the proper connector. Insert the cable/wire through the cable gland into the enclosure. -

Installation 8.3 Mounting the horn 11095E00 Fix the horn to the wall with four screws. Secure the horn so that it cannot be used as a climbing aid. Installation WARNING Installation may only be performed by qualified personnel! Installation work may only be performed by authorised personnel suitably trained for this purpose. -

Commissioning Unlock the screwless terminal with a screwdriver and insert the wires into the appropriate terminal clamps (2). Check the wires to see if they are connected properly. Replace the seal and cover plate and close tightly using the four screws. 9.2 Replace the front 11094E00 Insert the seal supplied. -
