Testing the Docking Station
Symptom
Robot doesn't leave docking station.
Robot's initial tracking is incorrect.
Robot does not reconnect to
charging blades on return to
docking station.
First Robot Mower Use
Symptom
Robot stops with red LED flashing.
Robot stops with green LED flashing.
Robot stops with no LED displaying.

Cause
Security key is not engaged.
Battery is not charged.
Docking station not installed
correctly.
Boundary wire not installed
correctly.
Boundary wire not installed
correctly.
Interference from underground
power source.
Docking station is not level.
Cause
Slope is greater than 30°,
tilt sensor engages.
Robot cannot detect signal
in boundary wire.
Lift sensor activated.
Robot not programmed
correctly.
Battery is out of power.
Action
Manual start requires security key.
Allow robot to charge until LED
indicator displays constant green.
IN arrow on docking station should
point to inside of working area.
Wire end routed under docking
station should be connected to the
RED terminal.
Adjust boundary wire so robot
follows desired path.
Reroute boundary wire around
obstacle source.
Reinstall docking station on flat
level surface.
Action
Reroute boundary wire to avoid
slope.
Ensure wire is connecting to
docking station terminals.
Check for break in boundary wire
and splice ends together.
Ensure wheels are not obstructed
or in unlevel spot in mowing area.
Place robot back in docking
station and restart.
Replace robot in docking station
and allow to charge 2 - 3 hours.
