l Apply and tighten the nut.
3. Maximum length and height difference of connecting pipe
l Maximum length: 20m; Height difference: 10m
l To ensure efficiency, shortest possible pipe should be used.
Cautions for pipe connection
l Pipes free from twists, deformation, water, dust.
Dedicated tools for each R407C and R22
should be used and stored separately.
l Optimized radii of bends
l Insulation to be applied on all gaseous pipes
l Flared section free from cracks
(4) Pipe connection
Process
Apply refrigeration oil on the end of the pipe
to be connected and on the flared section.
Align the pipes to be connected and tighten
the nut. (See the figure)
Ensure that no foreign articles enter into the pipes.
