the installation site.
Remove rinsing and strainer floor
by lifting upward.
Unpack the strainer floor and place
it on the opening in the basin.

the strainer floor with the white side
on the top.
Insert the strainer into the basin.
Slowly pour 80 liters of RM PC-BIO
detergent into the basin.
Warning
Adding any other detergent solutions
other than RM PC-BIO can deactivate
the microbes; bio-degradation of
grease and oily dirt will be hampered.
Do not add water, solvents, cleaning
petrol, petroleum, bleaching agents or
disinfectants to the appliance.
Insert the plug into the socket.
For connection values, see techni-
cal data and type plate.

Clean the parts.
After the cleaning:
Set the "Pump ON/OFF" switch to
"0/ON".
Note
The pump automatically switches off
after 10 minutes. Briefly switch the
"Pump ON/OFF" switch off and on to
restart.
Switch off the pump after completing
the cleaning tasks; this will save un-
necessary loss of detergent due to
evaporation.
Warning
If the appliance remains switched on
during a power failure, then the pump
will start as soon as power supply is re-
stored. Set the "Pump ON/OFF"
switch to "OFF/0" whenever there is a
power failure.

Shutting down

Set the "Pump ON/OFF" switch to
"0/ON".
Note
To achieve the degradation of the mi-
crobes in the detergent liquid, the tem-
perature of the detergent liquid must
be maintained constant at approx.
38 °C. Therefore, if possible, there
should be uninterrupted power supply
to the appliance even during operation-
al breaks (such as during the night, on
the weekends or during holidays).
Restarting
If there is a power failure for a longer
period of time, new microbes need to
be added to the detergent solution.
Replace filter mat (see section
"Maintenance and Care/ Monthly")
If there is an interruption in the pow-
er supply over several weeks, pour
an additional bottle of RM microbe
solution into the appliance.
