Before inserting bolts, check first that there are
■
no electricity, gas and water lines under the
surface, e.g. by means of a metal detector.
Before you start working check that the device
■
functions flawlessly and check whether it is
complete and in good working order. Do not
use a defective device.
Never point the device on a part of the body,
■
on yourself or any other person.
Use the device only on suitable surfaces.
■
Always hold the device in a vertical position in
■
relation to the fastening surface. Avoid using
the device with your arms straight.
Keep your hands away from the intake
■
opening or the sleeve.
Even with the safety devices in operation, it is
■
possible that in case of incorrect use a shot
passes right through. Therefore, ensure that
nobody is in the vicinity or behind the point of
fixation.
Never carry the device with the finger on the
■
trigger. If the attachment sleeve is pressed
inadvertently, a pin can be fired and cause
serious injuries.
Always remove the battery and the gas
■
cartridge before you take a break, at the end
of the working day, before trouble shooting
and maintenance works and before changing
wear and tear parts.
Finish your work immediately if the device
■
stops working correctly or if fastening parts
have jammed. Rectify the fault as described in
the Troubleshooting section.
Do not expose the device to temperatures
■
above 40°C.
Use only the supplied charger and mains
■
adapter to charge the battery. If chargers are
to be used only for a special type of batteries,
there is a risk of fire, if they are used for other
batteries.
Protect the battery from heat and fire: Danger
■
of explosion! Do not put the battery on radia-
tors or expose it for longer periods of time
to strong sunlight. Temperatures over 40°C
damage the battery.
Safety instructions
Keep small metal objects such as paper clips,
■
coins, keys, nails, screws, bolts or others away
from batteries which are not used since they
may bypass the contacts. A short circuit be-
tween the contacts of the batteries can cause
burns or fire.
Do not open batteries and protect them from
■
shocks. Keep them dry and protect them from
frost.
Do not dispose of batteries with domestic
■
waste, do not throw them into fire or water.
When using gas cartridges do not smoke and
■
do not breath escaping gas.
Keep the gas cartridge separately and out of
■
the reach of children for transport and storage
purposes. They can be damaged when getting
in contact with sharp objects. Protect the gas
cartridge with a cap.
Do not try to squeeze, open, burn or refill an
■
empty gas cartridge. Dispose of empty gas
cartridges correctly.
To mark the appliance, do not drill into the
■
housing or use rivets. Use stickers.
Use only original Würth driving pins, gas
■
cartridges, accessories and spare parts. Risk
of severe injuries when using non-approved
accessories.
Use only genuine Würth accessories
■
and spare parts.

Do not open gas cartridges, do not
expose to naked flames, sparks or
temperatures exceeding 40 °C.
