❶ Using T1 open-end wrench loosen the stem binder bolt.

❸ Tighten the stem binder bolt. Check the handlebar 4 binder

❹ Loosen all of the handlebar binder bolts to allow the
handlebar to move.
❺ Rotate the handlebar to the desired angle. Be sure that the
handlebar stays centred in the handlebar bracket.
